Humus with flaxseed

Ingredients
3-6 cloves garlic (to taste)
1 can (16 oz) garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
3 TBS tahini
2-3 TBS fresh lemon juice (or juice of one lemon)
2 TBS finely ground flaxseed
1-2 TBS flaxseed or olive oil (for a creamy consistency)
1/2 tsp cumin
Salt to taste

Preparation
Peel and crush the garlic. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree to the desired consistency. Garnish with parsley or cilantro and serve with pita bread or as a dip for vegetables.
