Salmon on a whole grain bagel

Ingredients
One whole grain bagel
Smoked salmon
Fresh sliced tomato
Lettuce greens or sprouts
Thin-sliced or grated red onion to taste
Capers to taste (about 1 TBS)

Preparation
Split the whole grain bagel and layer the ingredients to taste Serving suggestions Serve open-faced or as a sandwich. This makes a great breakfast.

Commentary
Salmon is a rich source of essential omega 3 fatty acids, including DHA.
